Background

Digby has over 30 years of private client experience, latterly as an independent consultant offering technical support to other private client practitioners. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Fellow of the Federation of Tax Advisers. He has lectured on estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates and is a regular contributor to the Readers' Forum section of 'Taxation' magazine. Comments on the text of James Kessler QC's book 'Drafting Trusts and Will Trusts : A Modern Approach' earned acknowledgements in both the 5th and 6th editions.
