Mark is a Director of How Wills and Estate Planning Services Ltd. that offers free advice to clients on Wills, Trusts Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate. How Wills and Estates has an in house Solicitor for all Trust work and Probate matters.

Background

Mark has been a Will Writer and Estate Planner for over 10 years and helps advise clients on the best way to structure their estate to protect their families inheritance, while at the same time mitigating Inheritance Tax for future generation. He is also a qualified Mortgage Broker and Protection Specialist but just works in the Estate Planning field now and is a Full Member of The Society of Will Writers.
